The nose is delicate and fruity with notes of white peach and apricot mixed with passion fruit and mango. Selbach Oster Riesling is in a lush style, showing notes of nectarine, poached apple and lemon curd, with a backbone of vibrant acidity. Lovely now, but pretty intense and could use some time to integrate in order to show its best.
