Yoshinogawa Gokujo Ginjo


All rice used for Yoshinogawa sake is grown in the Niigata prefecture which is known for producing crisp, clean, fragrant, silky smooth sake. Gokujo means ‘excellent’ and it can be used only for the top range of Ginjo style within the brewery.  Ginjo Gokujo shows hints of stone fruits like peach and nectarine. It is lean and tight on palate with soft acidity with a hint of bitterness and some licorise/anise flavours. It has a smooth and silky mouth feel along with some nice subtle complexity.

Yoshinogawa Gokujou Tokubetsu Junmaishu

Yoshino Gawa Tokubetsu Junmai is made from the locally harvested Sake rice in Nigata called “Gohyaku Mangoku”. This sake can be served in a wide range of temperatures - cold, room temperature and warmed. Its smooth yet rich flavour, alongside with its deep aroma will be heightened when serving as warm or hot sake. ABV: 15% Size: 720mL Region: Japan

Sawaya Matsurnoto Shuhari Yamadanishiki

This saké is slightly cloudy with aromatic notes of honeydew, melons, and pear. Its body is very slightly fizzy but sweet with notes of pear, melons, and sweet rice which spreads gently across the mouth and finishes on a mellow yet clean note. ABV: 15% Size: 720mL
