This Whiskey is charcoal mellowed by slowly dripping it through giant containers, hard packed with 10 feet of sugar maple charcoal. The process takes ten days and during this time the whiskey absorbs the essence of the charcoal, refining the spirit and giving it a unique flavour and aroma.
Cointreau is a brand of triple sec produced in Saint-Barthelemy-d’Anjou, France. It is drunk as an aperitif and digestif and is a component of several well-known cocktails.

Bols Creme de Cassis is a liqueur made from black currents, which grow in the vicinity of Dijon, the capital of Burgundy in France. The taste is a sweet, rich and fruity blackcurrant flavour with a long-lasting finish.
The main ingredient of this crystal clear, complex blend of citrus fruit is the small, slightly bitter but highly flavoured orange originating from the island of Curatao. The colour is clear, and when poured over ice, Bols Triple Sec Curatao becomes cloudy. The flavour is complex and citrus to the palate.

Martini Extra Dry with a light floral nose, with hints of raspberry, lemon and iris.

1 ounce gin
1 ounce Campari
1 ounce sweet vermouth
Garnish: orange peel
Add all the ingredients into a mixing glass with ice, and stir until well-chilled. Strain into a rocks glass filled with large ice cubes. Garnish with an orange peel.
