Do you provide free delivery?

We deliver wines, beers, spirits and champagne for free when you spend $600 HKD or more.

Otherwise, there is a flat $100 HKD fee for delivery.

How do I purchase items?

You can visit our store physically or order online, via our online catalogue as well as WhatsApp.

Are there any restrictions?

Under the law of Hong Kong, intoxicating liquor must not be sold or supplied to a minor in the course of business.

Where can I ship my order?

We can ship orders to you in Hong Kong. Unfortunately, we are not able to deliver to South Lantau or the outlying islands. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience.

For old walk-up buildings, there is a HK$10 charge per floor, per case.

When do you ship orders?

There are no deliveries on Sundays or bank holidays.

On Hong Kong Island, we deliver the same day if you order before 3pm. 

For Kowloon and New Territories, order before 3pm for next day delivery.

For Discovery Bay, Tung Chung and Airport, we deliver on Fridays only. 

Is there a return policy?

You are entitled to exchange products which are found to be damaged or not in good condition upon delivery. In such case, you can contact our customer service department to make arrangement for exchange within 7 days of receipt. Otherwise under normal circumstances, we would not accept any request for exchange of products or cancellation of orders.

Wine or champagne above $750 HKD per bottle or over 10 years old shall not be refunded in any event.  If we agree you are entitled to an exchange but the products to be exchanged are sold out, you may return such product to us and apply the amount paid to buy alternative products. In exceptional case at our sole discretion, we will refund the amount paid to your credit card. The original sales receipt or relevant electronic receipt must be produced to us for the request of a product exchange.

What methods of payment are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards. Alternatively, you are welcome to transfer the invoice amount into our bank account by the internet or ATM, then either email or WhatsApp the receipt to us. Our bank account details, email address and WhatsApp number are as follows:
