The flavouring of Bombay Sapphire comes from a recipe of ten ingredients, which the bottle’s label boasts as “10 exotic botanicals”: almond, lemon peel, liquorice, juniper berries, orris root, angelica, coriander, cassia, cubeb and grains of paradise. Bombay Sapphire is triple distilled using a carterhead still, and the alcohol vapours are passed through a mesh basket containing the ten botanicals in order to gain flavour and aroma.

Bacardi Gold is a blend of light distilled rum spirit that has been allowed to rest for up to two years in carefully selected, charred oak barrels. The longer ageing process allows Bacardi Gold to develop a smooth flavour and a pleasing amber colour. Santisima Trinidad de Cuba 3-Years Rum
This rum is created in two stages of aging, both in American white oak barrels. In the first stage the tafia with which rums be created based on the second stage are aged. Fi nal formula for these distillates are used with a minimum aging of three years, which are mixed with other higher ages to increase their quality.
