We offer free next day delivery for on purchases of $600 HKD or more. There is a $100 HKD delivery charge on orders of less than $600 HKD. We deliver from Monday to Saturday, except for public holidays.
If you live in an old walk up building, there will be an additional charge $10 per flight of stairs if you need the delivery carried upstairs.

Order before 3pm for same day delivery on Hong Kong Island. For Discovery Bay, Tung Chung and Airport, we deliver on Fridays only. We do not deliver to South Lantau or the outlying islands. There are no deliveries on Sundays or bank holidays.
You are entitled to exchange products which are found to be damaged or not in good condition upon delivery. In such case, you can contact our customer service department to make arrangement for exchange within 7 days of receipt. Otherwise under normal circumstances, we would not accept any request for exchange of products or cancellation of orders.
Wine or champagne above HK$750 per bottle or over 10 years old shall not be refunded in any event. If we agree you are entitled to an exchange but the products to be exchanged are sold out, you may return such product to us and apply the amount paid to buy alternative products. In exceptional case at our sole discretion, we will refund the amount paid to your credit card. The original sales receipt or relevant electronic receipt must be produced to us for the request of a product exchange.
