Italian Spumante sparkling wine. Manual harvest where the finest bunches are collected into small wooden crates. Then grapes are gently pressed and fermented. The colour is bright straw yellow, with greenish reflections. Fine and persistent bubbles. The bouquet is intense and persistent with hints between white fruits and toasted bread. On the palate the Spumante is dry and with good structure and flavour, intense and fragrant. Serve at 8-10°C.
