Bread & Butter Chardonnay 2021
$250.00
On the nose, this Chardonnay possesses aromas of toasted almond, baked apple and sweet citrus. The juicy entry with flavors of Meyer lemon, pie crust and toasted oak notes leads to a creamy and silky mouthfeel with structured acidity. Luxurious fruit flavors are integrated through to the long, elegant finish.
Chardonnay from the Napa Valley is fruit-driven and luscious, and this wine is no exception. The intense fruit notes are complemented by the the integration of toasted oak notes, which result from 50% of this wine being barrel-fermented and going through malolactic fermentation with fine lees stirring. In the end, this wine is round and creamy.
