Sally’s Hill Cabernets is a beautiful deep ruby colour, this exquisite example of Cabernet Sauvignon / Cabernet Franc blend opens with lovely ripe plum and cherry liqueur aromas. Well developed flavours in the dense mid palate coupled with barrel age, intense ripe Cabernet characters and mild new French oak, offer a beautifully balanced, supple, mouth filling wine. Dark cherries, blackberries and soft lengthy tannins give a very round, satisfying finish. Great to drink now, but will continue to develop in bottle for the next 15 years.
ABV: 14.5%

Chateau Musar Jeune Rouge 2019
Chateau Musar has been producing wine in Lebanon since the 1930s, and planted its vineyards in one of the world’s oldest wine-producing regions. While the Musar Jeune Rouge is similar in colour and body to a Pinot Noir, this is a particularly unique red. Delicate, earthy undertones with flavours of raspberry, pomegranate, cherry and cranberries with spicy aromatics. Though engaging on its own, the Musar Jeune Rouge is a great choice to drink with lamb.
