Naked Malt is made from a selection of the world’s finest single malts. The ‘chosen ones’ are meticulously blended, then poured into their ‘Naked’ first-fill sherry casks. They nose, sample and basically interrogate thousands of hopeful casks to find the ones with the strength of character for their whisky. These casks have never held whisky before, Naked casks they call them. Tehir unique blend is extra-matured in these Naked sherry-seasoned casks for a minimum of six months. This is enough time for the Oloroso sherry seasoning to add a layer of rich and fruity flavour that makes Naked stand out from the crowd.

Bernkasteler Badstube Dr H Riesling Spatlese 2019
he fruity Kabinett from the Bernkasteler Badstube shows cool fruit and floral-spicy aromas in the fragrance. On the palate, delicate and elegant tropical fruit with herbal tart notes. The zesty acidity supports the aromatic development and provides excellent transport of flavors and minerality. The gossamer sweet fruit seems finely placed and is the perfect counterpoint to the grippy and very present slaty minerality. Shows animatingly playful on the finish with a spicy-sweet aftertaste. Tournon by M Chapoutier Shays Flat Shiraz 2015
Named after a locale in the Australian Pyrenees, Shay’s Flat is produced on an east facing ridge in the southern foothills. It appears as a natural amphitheater with red soils of schist, quartz and rich clay. The vineyard features ten hectares of Shiraz in two parcels.
The Shay’s Flat vineyard sits at an altitude of 350m in the Western Pyrenees Ranges and is organically farmed. The wine is aged in French oak barrels for 12 months. A small proportion of the wine is aged in tanks to preserve the freshness of the flavours.
Complex nose of black fruits (cheery, blackberry) with hints of tobacco (havana cigar). On the palate, aromas of black fruits and liquorice with supple and delicate tannins.
