The grapes are harvested at night to take advantage of the low night temperatures. The vinification and the production process are then carried out using traditional methods. A de-alcoholisation stage takes place in order to bestow on Pierre 0% its true significance. The bubbles are produced, the alcohol-free sparkling wine is bottled before being dressed in its unique style.
Pale yellow color with shine and glint. delicate foam with aromas of tropical fruits, peaches, lychee and flowers. Fruit forward on the palette balanced by a clean freshness.

Boeri Bevion Piemonte DOC Chardonnay 2020
Italy, Chardonnay. Thinning of the grapes at the end of July. Manual harvest, where the bunches are collected into small wooden crates. Then grapes are gently pressed, and fermented. The colour is hay yellow with a golden hue. The bouquet is elegant with aromas of sweet lemon. The palate is fresh and medium-bodied, exhibits ripe fruit, fine purity and an elegant, crisp, savory finish. Serve at 12-14C. Good to drink for 2 to 3 years. This fruity wine pairs well with light starters, with fish and seafood dishes.

Hahn Estate Chardonnay 2020
This rounded and supple Chardonnay delights with aromas of pineapple, mango, pear and vanilla that gracefully give way to flavors of green banana, baked apples and toffee. Its ample mouthfeel reveals a delicate acidity beautifully balanced with a lingering note of sweet butter on the creamy finish. We age this 100% Chardonnay in 40% new French oak, with the balance in neutral oak.
