The farm has rich and fertile soils, hailed from grey-blue decomposed granite deposited against the mountain slopes. Vineyard practices are aimed at achieving the perfect balance between healthy vines and low yields, to produce the best quality wines. Their Cabernet Sauvignon is showing mulberry and bright cassis notes combine with fresh cranberry and mulberry nuances. The nose finishes with mineral dark chocolate and cedar wood aromas.
