Journey’s End Shiraz is a single vineyard estate range. The wine is complex and beautifully made, smoky, spicy, with dark-toned fruit, a hint of asphalt. As a result of the excellent vintage and careful maturation, it is succulent, silky smooth with polished tannins. Although drinking well, there is enough underlying structure for further maturation.

Albret Reserva DO 2016
Albret Reserva is made principally with Tempranillo, enriched with a blend of Graciano, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon each varietal harvested at the peak of ripeness. Carefully aged for 18 months in French and American oak, followed by 20 months of bottle aging. Colour is ruby red with a clean aroma of wild cherries and plums. The palate has balanced flavours and acidity and a finish redolent of oak.

Sally’s Hill Cabernets 2015
Sally's Hill Cabernets is a beautiful deep ruby colour, this exquisite example of Cabernet Sauvignon / Cabernet Franc blend opens with lovely ripe plum and cherry liqueur aromas. Well developed flavours in the dense mid palate coupled with barrel age, intense ripe Cabernet characters and mild new French oak, offer a beautifully balanced, supple, mouth filling wine. Dark cherries, blackberries and soft lengthy tannins give a very round, satisfying finish. Great to drink now, but will continue to develop in bottle for the next 15 years.

Rioja Vega Gran Reserva DOCa 2015
Rioja Vega Gran Reserva is aged for 29 months in American oak with 3 rackings each year followed by 36 months bottle ageing. Bright ruby red in colour. On the nose, ripe fruit notes of currants with toasted aromas of cinnamon, vanilla and bread. On the finish spirit and anis show through. On the palate, the feel is rich, full and has a long finish. Pairs with roasted red meat or in roquefort sauce, big game, mature blue and spicy cheese.
