The predominant flavours are clean, tart apple with toasty graham and subtle oak. This Chardonnay has a mouth filling body with a medium long finish that is very refreshing.

The colour is hay yellow with a golden hue. The bouquet is elegant with aromas of sweet lemon. The palate is fresh and medium-bodied, exhibits ripe fruit, fine purity and an elegant, crisp, savory finish. Serve at 12-14C. Good to drink for 2 to 3 years. This fruity wine pairs well with light starters, with fish and seafood dishes.
