Belleruche translates to “beautiful beehive” in French, a name which takes inspiration from the bees and hives that thrive in the sustainable vineyards of M. Chapoutier. An intense wine with blackcurrant and raspberry notes complemented by notes of white pepper. The wine is juicy, powerful and fruity on the palate with lovely roasted notes, and silky, delicate tannins. Pair with grilled roasted red and white meats. M Chapoutier Cote du Rhone Blanc Belleruche 2021

M. Chapoutier Cotes du Rhone Belleruche Blanc has a bright golden yellow hue. The nose is intense and expressive with notes of apricot, fennel and floral aromas. Complex and very elegant on the palate, with whispers of smoke and hazelnut accent fresh, cutting white peach and pear in this full-bodied yet zesty dry white. Predominantly Grenache Blanc, it’s a sumptuous sip given lift and edge by smaller proportions of Clairette and Bourboulenc. The finish is intensely mineral. Torbreck Juveniles is a bold and seductive unoaked blend that represents a youthful wine made from old vines. Fruit from dry grown, low yielding vines is fermented, bottled and released early not dissimilar to a nuevo style wine. It is fragrant, intense and concentrated in flavour with blackberry, earth and Asian spices. A sensious palate feel and tremendous length make this wine frighteningly drinkable now, yet with a constitution to mature in the cellar for many years. Torbreck The Steading 2018

Torbreck The Steading is Torbreck’s first wine to span ten consecutive vintages, The Steading is composed from the traditional Barossa cultivars of Grenache, Shiraz & Mataro. The wine has deep ruby with flickers of violet, its delicate aromas of truffle, five spice and spring flowers are supported by a rich core of framboise, licorice, saddle leather and provencal herbs. Very Burgundian in style, the palate is elegant and pure with subtle notes of crushed cherries, earth and cedar all neatly wound by a taught spine of acidity and ripe supple tannins. M. Chapoutier La Bernardine Rouge is a red wine with 90% Grenache and 10% Syrah and Mourvèdre. It belongs to the AOC Châteauneuf-du-Pape and is produced by Maison Chapoutier. The 2020 vintage release of M.Chapoutier La Bernadine Châteauneuf-du-Pape is an intense crimson-red and has a complex and subtle, blackcurrant and plum followed by roasted coffee and cinnamon, cherry, morello cherry.
