Very pale green gold in colour. Fresh aromas of grapefruit zest and lemon curd with underlyin notes of citrus blossom and hints of stone fruit. The palate is zesty and textural with a refreshing citrus and grapefruit acid drive.
Enjoy with chicken and leek risotto or a vegan leek and mushroom pie,on a bed of mash and steamed greens.

The origin of Bersano dates back to the 1920s, when Giuseppe Bersano acquired land and vines from the Count Cremosina in the Asti Area. A sweet, white wine with quite intense aromas of honey, flowers and fresh grapes. On the palate the wine reveals further fresh grape and citrus notes. A clean wine with refreshing acidity on the finish to balance the sweetness.
