Delivery

We offer free next day delivery for on purchases of $600 or more. There is a $70 delivery charge on orders of less than $600.  We deliver from Monday to Saturday, except for public holidays.

Please remember to leave us your telephone number when placing your order so that our staff can contact you regarding the delivery time.

Please note that we usually need up to 48 hours notice for deliveries to Discovery Bay, Tung Chung and Hong Kong International Airport.  We do not deliver to South Lantau or Lama Island.

Returns

You are entitled to exchange products which are found to be damaged or not in good condition upon delivery. In such case, you can contact our customer service department to make arrangement for exchange within 7 days of receipt. Otherwise under normal circumstances, we would not accept any request for exchange of products or cancellation of orders.

Wine or champagne above HK$750 per bottle or over 10 years old shall not be refunded in any event.  If we agree you are entitled to an exchange but the products to be exchanged are sold out, you may return such product to us and apply the amount paid to buy alternative products. In exceptional case at our sole discretion, we will refund the amount paid to your credit card. The original sales receipt or relevant electronic receipt must be produced to us for the request of a product exchange.

Payment

We accept payment via MasterCard, Visa Card,  American Express, Alipay and Cash on Delivery. Alternatively, you are welcome to transfer the invoice amount into our bank account by the internet or ATM, then fax the receipt to us. Our bank account details and fax number are as follows:
