Torbreck Woodcutters Shiraz is 100% Shiraz. Like all Torbreck wines, the fruit sourced for the Woodcutters Shiraz is hand harvested, hand tended, low yielding vines. It is fermented and gently basket pressed, then aged for 12 months in large format, old French oak foudre. Pure blackberry liqueur intermixed with hints of pepper jump from the glass of this soft, velvety-textured, opulent wine.

Rioja Vega Gran Reserva is aged for 29 months in American oak with 3 rackings each year followed by 36 months bottle ageing. Bright ruby red in colour. Sally's Hill Cabernets is a beautiful deep ruby colour, this exquisite example of Cabernet Sauvignon / Cabernet Franc blend opens with lovely ripe plum and cherry liqueur aromas. Well developed flavours in the dense mid palate coupled with barrel age, intense ripe Cabernet characters and mild new French oak, offer a beautifully balanced, supple, mouth filling wine. Dark cherries, blackberries and soft lengthy tannins give a very round, satisfying finish. Great to drink now, but will continue to develop in bottle for the next 15 years.

Trapiche Oak Cask Pinot Noir is a red colour of medium intensity. Complex red fruit aromas of cherries with a subtle memory of toasted bread, vanilla and butterscotch. Excellent balance of fruit, acidity and sweetness. A light wine to accompany light meals such as white meats and vegetables.

M Chapoutier Cote du Rhone Blanc Belleruche 2021
M. Chapoutier Cotes du Rhone Belleruche Blanc has a bright golden yellow hue. The nose is intense and expressive with notes of apricot, fennel and floral aromas. Complex and very elegant on the palate, with whispers of smoke and hazelnut accent fresh, cutting white peach and pear in this full-bodied yet zesty dry white. Predominantly Grenache Blanc, it’s a sumptuous sip given lift and edge by smaller proportions of Clairette and Bourboulenc. The finish is intensely mineral.

M Chapoutier Saint Joseph Blanc Les Granilites 2019
the 2019 M Chapoutier Saint-Joseph Blanc Les Granilites is a strong effort, these Marsanne grapes hail from the steep, fine-grained granite slopes inferred by the cuvée’s name. There are enticing aromas of ripe apricot and pear on the nose, strung together by a fine steely, stony note. The palate is mouth-watering yet balanced, and showing remarkably intense flamed citrus zest and even marmalade-like scents on the nose. In the mouth, this full-bodied wine is round and generous, almost honeyed, yet finishes long and zesty, with attractively mouthwatering, briny echoes on the finish.

Their white wines from the difficult but exquisite viognier grape from Condrieu and neighbouring hillsides and made at their winery at Tain-l'Hermitage are truly outstanding. Their classy Condrieu 'Invitare' with elegance and depth that can rival the very finest white burgundy.
The 2021 Condrieu Invitare shows the fresher style of the vintage while still bringing plenty of classic Viognier texture and richness. Flowers, apricots, and orange-tinged aromas and flavors all emerge from the glass, and it's medium-bodied, balanced, and an outstanding Condrieu to drink over the coming 4-6 years.

Belleruche translates to “beautiful beehive” in French, a name which takes inspiration from the bees and hives that thrive in the sustainable vineyards of M. Chapoutier.
An intense wine with blackcurrant and raspberry notes complemented by notes of white pepper. The wine is juicy, powerful and fruity on the palate with lovely roasted notes, and silky, delicate tannins. Pair with grilled roasted red and white meats. Perfect with pizza and pasta especially lamb ragu. Also enjoy with mild creamy and mature strong cheeses.
