This Cuvee Alexandre Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced from selected parcels of our own vineyards in the famous Apalta Valley. Elegant & expressive, with note of ripe fruit supported by a velvety plate and an enduring finish, the result is a unique wine that is true to its origin, a classic expression of a cabernet sauvignon.
Intense, deep red colour with purple edges. Expressive and intense nose with cassis and black currant aromas. Elegant palate with round and persistent tannins, with fresh cherry along with a light toast flavour.

Well developed flavours in the dense mid palate coupled with barrel age, intense ripe Cabernet characters and mild new French oak, offer a beautifully balanced, supple, mouth filling wine. Dark cherries, blackberries and soft lengthy tannins give a very round, satisfying finish. Great to drink now, but will continue to develop in bottle for the next 15 years.

Morambro Creek Cabernet Sauvignon is deep purple in colour. It has a rich powerful nose of cassis with overtones of vanilla and coffee. Lush, ripe palate dominated by black fruits, cherry and chocolate. Full bodied with savory, integrated fruit tannins and persistent finish, all in balance with the alcohol.

Torbreck The Steading is Torbreck’s first wine to span ten consecutive vintages, The Steading is composed from the traditional Barossa cultivars of Grenache, Shiraz & Mataro. The wine has deep ruby with flickers of violet, its delicate aromas of truffle, five spice and spring flowers are supported by a rich core of framboise, licorice, saddle leather and provencal herbs. Very Burgundian in style, the palate is elegant and pure with subtle notes of crushed cherries, earth and cedar all neatly wound by a taught spine of acidity and ripe supple tannins.

Mandrarossa Terre Del Sommacco Rosso 2018
Mandrarossa is the result of over 20 years of research: expression of a different Sicily, which innovates and experiments. The unexpected side of Sicily.Created in 1999 thanks to a study that lasted over 20 years, which led to selecting the best variety/terroir combinations: the ideal habitats that allow each grape variety to fully express its potential.
The Nero d’Avola without compromises, produced from the limestone soils. Maceration and fermentation for 6-8 days at 22-25°C. Maturing for 8 months in concrete tulipe and 19 months in large barrels. Refinement requires a minimum of 8 months in the bottle.
Fragrant and pleasantly fruity, with notes of cherry, blackberry and pansy; on the palate it is soft, fruity, with delicate tannins and vivid freshness.

Tornatore Etna Rosso 2018
Etna Rosso is the result of the skilful vinification of Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappuccio grapes that are native to Etna. Fermented in steel barrels and then aged in oak barrels.
Wild rose, red woodland berry, graphite and Mediterranean scrub aromas mingle together in this elegant red. Made with 95% Nerello Mascalese and 5% Nerello Cappuccio, the lithe, savory palate combines finesse and racy tension that surround juicy strawberry, sour cherry, star anise and cinnamon before a flinty close. While some may find it almost too ethereally graceful, others will fall in love.

Luigi Baudana Langhe Rosso “Dragon” 2020
The Dragon is a symbol of bravery. The label is a generous gift from Gianni Gallo, which is a hymn to the untamed power and strength of the wines from Serralunga d’Alba … and life itself. The Dolcetto, a tannic variety by itself, from fermentation to blending, is maturing in stainless steel tanks. The Barbera and the Nebbiolo, blended together after their malolactic fermentation, are aged for 6 months in barrel.

Produced entirely from native varieties, predominantly Sangiovese with addition of Colorino and Pugnitello. It is a medium-bodied Chianti Classico with a distinguished personality and notable for its elegance. Traditional fermentation practices are employed with an average-lenght maceration, followed by 12 months maturation in large slavonian oak casks.
Brilliant ruby red colour. Notes of cherry, raspberry and sweet violet. The flavour is dry, with delicate tannins and a fresh acidity.
