Aromas of freshly cut grass mingle with ripe tropical fruit. A little residual sugar on the palate ensures a good balance with it’s minerally, lengthy finish. A herbaceous Nelson wine displaying classic cool climate flavour intensity. Well matched with seafood, fresh seasonal asparagus and salad dishes. A perfect summer wine.
