Te Mata Cape Crest Sauvignon Blanc is a barrel fermented, with a touch of semillon and sauvignon gris, it is concentrated and complex with toast, cirturs blossom, pear and stonefruit characters. Cape crest will evolve in bottle for five years from harvest.
