It’s our tribute to the relics of saint-martin honoured for 11 centuries in the area. Golden in colour with green tinges, this is a subtle and elegant wine on the palate with crisp vivacity held in perfect balance. Tobe enjoyed on its owns or as a perfect pairing with all seafood, freshwater fish and white meats.
